Happy Camper Club, Inc. is incorporated in the state of Louisiana where the founders,  Bob and Anne Pierson, have owned and operated their two campgrounds for the last fifteen years.  Bob's background in the industry began in the 1980s with the largest membership camping organization in the industry, Thousand Trails, Inc.  He worked in management and as a company director there for over ten years, then decided to venture out on his own and  buy his own parks.  His wife, Anne, followed him into that adventure, and they soon added a second location, raising their children, running their campgrounds, and enjoying the fun and friendly business they had built.

Through the years, the industry has changed.  More and more RVers are hitting the road every year, competition among park owners has become fierce, and many campgrounds are struggling to meet the growing demands of a new generation of campers.  There is a need for a realistic program to help campgrounds attract new business without spending a fortune.

Campers, on the other hand, are fighting an unpredictable economy, and many of them have reached deep in their pockets to afford the retirement they enjoy and deserve.  This new generation of campers wants it all - quality, price, and the freedom to travel without worrying about whether they can afford the next night's camping!

So Happy Camper Club was born - a WIN / WIN situation for campers and park owners alike! It is run on-site at the Monroe location of Shiloh Resorts, the Piersons' home office.  Bob and Anne Pierson have taken to the road four months a year to promote the club and enjoy meeting the park owners and members they serve.  They invite you to stop by in your travels to meet them and their staff, and hope you'll stop by to say Hi if you see them at the many RV shows they attend every year.
